Requirements
- Have deep practical experience with CyberArk PAM, particularly PSM, CPM, CP and CCP.
- Have experience developing and adapting PSM connectors and CPM plugins through scripting.
- Have strong administration knowledge of Linux and Windows systems.
- Have experience with Active Directory and Identity Management (IDM).
- Have extensive experience creating technical documentation.
- Have experience with change and release management.
- Have very good spoken and written English.
- Bring an analytical, solution-oriented approach and strong troubleshooting skills.
- CyberArk certifications such as Defender, Sentry or Guardian are desirable.
- Fluent German is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Implement and further develop CyberArk solutions within existing PAM environments, focusing on PSM, CPM, CP and CCP.
- Develop, configure and optimize PSM connectors and CPM plugins using scripting and custom adaptations.
- Design, set up and administer CyberArk platforms and Safes, including account onboarding, provisioning and permissions management.
- Implement functional and technical requirements in line with defined processes, security policies and quality standards.
- Analyze complex IT environments and identify and assess opportunities to optimize existing PAM processes.
- Administer and support Linux and Windows systems, with a focus on Identity Management and Active Directory.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures and process descriptions, and support change management.
- Troubleshoot the PAM infrastructure, perform root-cause analysis and resolve issues sustainably.
