Requirements
- Bring 10+ years leading large-scale infrastructure deployments, cloud/data center turn-ups, or technical program lifecycles.
- Have technical familiarity with AI accelerators such as NVIDIA or AMD, high-speed GPU interconnects, and cluster topologies.
- Have strong knowledge of data center networks, including BGP and leaf-spine, Linux systems, and distributed storage.
- Demonstrate experience managing complex dependencies, implementing validation testing, and meeting strict deadlines.
- Be able to create structure amid uncertainty, identify bottlenecks early, and drive solutions.
- Have strong written and verbal skills and the ability to align cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Use metrics to track program health and inform decisions.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or master's degree is a plus.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution from hardware power-on to production readiness across automated provisioning, compute, storage, and networking setups.
- Lead coordination across Network, Compute, Storage, GPU, Platform, and Infra Ops teams to resolve technical issues and align schedules.
- Track critical-path dependencies and manage engineering risks.
- Partner with engineering to scope, test, and deploy custom, client-requested infrastructure architectures.
- Help turn unique client requirements into standardized product offerings and automated delivery frameworks.
- Serve as the main point of contact for strategic customer technical teams on Engineering requirements.
- Align technical delivery with business commitments in partnership with Infrastructure Operations, Solutions, Product, and Customer Success.
