Requirements
- Hold an active Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
- Be proficient in Apex and SOQL.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in maintaining data accuracy, reliability, and compliance with best practices and Salesforce releases.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on support requests and Salesforce projects.
- Adapt to new technologies and tools and adopt best practices for improving the Salesforce environment and user experience.
- Use strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders, understand user requirements, and maintain clear documentation.
- An active Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification is a bonus.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components and Visualforce is a bonus.
- Experience with Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is a bonus.
- Experience with FormAssembly is a bonus.
- Experience with Data Cloud (Data 360) is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Design and build Salesforce solutions tailored to user needs, including improvements to data collection and management.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems.
- Manage and enhance Salesforce Experience Cloud Sites and their application forms using screen flows and custom code.
- Test functionality before launch and resolve post-launch issues or bugs.
- Troubleshoot and debug custom code, automations, integrations, and platform functionality.
- Apply security and performance best practices to custom development.
- Maintain technical documentation and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, data security, and governance policies, and collaborate on risk mitigation.
- Identify project user requirements, coordinate with the Salesforce Engineer, and support day-to-day user requests.
