Requirements
- Have 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, event coordination, project coordination, or a related operational role.
- Have experience coordinating events, conferences, or programs with multiple stakeholders, moving parts, and deadlines.
- Have experience supporting marketing campaigns or content production from planning through launch and follow-up.
- Have experience working with vendors, managing orders, and tracking deliverables and budgets.
- Be proficient with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, project management tools, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Be highly organized and able to manage multiple details, deadlines, and priorities.
- Be proactive and self-directed, with reliable follow-through and attention to accuracy and quality.
- Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation, social media scheduling, or content management tools is a plus.
- Healthcare or life science industry experience and experience working successfully in a remote environment are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own coordination of Organic Growth events, including details, timelines, materials, internal coordination, and follow-up.
- Build and manage event plans and checklists covering milestones, owners, deadlines, logistics, and deliverables.
- Coordinate event venues, registration, attendee communications, booth and presentation materials, shipping, travel details, and on-site needs.
- Align Sales, Partnerships, leadership, and subject matter experts on event roles, schedules, and responsibilities.
- Manage post-event lead and contact capture, follow-up communications, recap summaries, and lessons learned.
- Partner with the Director of Marketing to execute campaigns and track activities, deliverables, deadlines, and launch readiness.
- Coordinate the production and review of campaign emails, social posts, webinars, collateral, and website updates.
- Own and maintain the marketing calendar across events, campaigns, social media, content, and other marketing activities.
- Coordinate with marketing vendors, manage marketing materials and promotional items, and track spend and purchase requests.
- Coordinate marketing requests and activities with Sales, Partnerships, and other Healthcare and Life Science teams.
