Job Details

Have a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as education, communications, or human resources, or equivalent professional experience.
Have a minimum of three years in a training role.
Have experience delivering both virtual and in-person training.
Have experience creating multimedia training materials, such as PowerPoint presentations and job aids.
Be familiar with Learning Management Systems and remote training solutions.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
Have experience with virtual conference applications such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Adobe Connect.
Have advanced knowledge of adult learning and e-learning principles.
Have strong coaching skills and emotional intelligence.
Be able to tailor learning solutions to optimize trainee performance.
Have experience in education, communications, or HR; healthcare industry experience is highly desirable.

Facilitate new-hire onboarding, upskilling, refresher courses, and professional and leadership development programs.
Develop and refine training materials, including presentations, quizzes, and job aids.
Provide targeted coaching and feedback, create individualized support plans, and implement action plans for performance gaps.
Measure training effectiveness through assessments, progress tracking, and data-driven insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align training initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
Reinforce learning through evaluations, shadowing, and one-on-one coaching.
Apply adult learning principles and emerging training practices to improve learning programs.
Serve as an interim manager for new hires, providing structured feedback and performance discussions.
