Requirements
- Have 3+ years of hands-on Email & SMS experience.
- Bring experience ideally within DTC/e-commerce.
- Have strong experience with Klaviyo and/or other lifecycle marketing platforms.
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented, and create structure where needed.
- Bring strong copy and messaging instincts.
- Be comfortable using Notion and Figma to create campaign proposals, briefs, flow maps, and presentations.
- Have a strong quality-assurance mindset and catch issues before they become problems.
- Be proactive and comfortable working independently.
- Be available for a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST.
Responsibilities
- Own the weekly and monthly Email & SMS calendar.
- Build and optimize lifecycle flows, including Welcome, Abandoned Browse, Abandoned Cart, Checkout, Post-Purchase, and Winback.
- Develop campaign concepts, messaging, and segmentation.
- Create clear briefs and proposals for the Email Designer.
- Coordinate with the designer to deliver campaigns according to brief.
- Manage campaigns from concept through launch.
- Own pre-launch QA of copy, links, CTAs, segmentation, personalization, offers, rendering, tracking, and customer experience.
- Monitor campaigns after launch and flag issues quickly.
- Own weekly Email & SMS reporting, track KPIs, and communicate performance, trends, and concerns.
- Provide actionable recommendations and identify opportunities to improve retention and revenue.
