Have completed higher education.

Have strong SQL skills to explore data and build analyses independently.
Have 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics or a related field; experience in credit, cards, or fintech is preferred.
Have proven experience analyzing P&L, unit economics, and/or forecasts.
Have advanced English and Spanish.
Bring technical expertise and analytical rigor, including causal inference rather than descriptive analysis alone.
Connect data to financial results through a systemic business perspective.
Demonstrate ownership and autonomy to build from scratch.
Communicate analyses to leadership and translate them into decisions.

Lead high-impact initiatives to grow the credit card customer base, engagement, and profitability, from hypothesis through measured results.
Diagnose retention, usage, and margins using P&L, DC, and cohorts, and translate findings into actions prioritized by financial impact.
Connect Product, Credit Policy, Collections, and CRM/Martech, considering cross-functional impact.
Own budget and forecast models and ensure they support area decisions.
Support leadership in defining the product roadmap, priorities, and strategy.
Use AI in daily work to accelerate analyses, automate routines, and raise the team's technical standards.
