- Use coding agents every day.
- Be able to review and validate the work produced by coding agents.
- Take responsibility for delivery and communicate early when something needs to change.
Responsibilities
- Design and build orchestration for long-running, multi-step agents.
- Build an evaluation system to measure whether changes to prompts, models, or tools improve agent performance.
- Provide traces, metrics, and alerts for agent runs.
- Build controls for permissions, rate limits, human review, and safe failure.
- Turn patterns from client work into reusable components for the delivery team.
- Shape how coding agents are used in planning, implementation, testing, and review.
- Make recommendations, explain reasoning, and raise issues early when plans need to change.
