Requirements
- Have shipped a system inside a large organization and stayed to see it operate in production.
- Understand the importance of governance and resilience at enterprise scale.
- Be able to debug integration failures.
- Be able to write a custom agent against a legacy API.
- Be able to stand up a Camunda cluster from scratch.
- Be able to explain generated BPMN to engineering and business audiences.
- Have practical experience using AI to solve production problems.
- Understand context management, prompt engineering, agent testing, and AI integration tradeoffs.
- Work effectively across engineering, architecture, and business leadership.
- Make sound decisions in ambiguous situations and document what you learn.
- Be available for occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- Own the deployment journey from the first process file to a production workflow and an active improvement loop.
- Configure and run Camunda clusters in local and cloud environments.
- Debug integration failures and build custom agents when platform defaults do not fit.
- Write connector logic to connect legacy enterprise systems with ProcessOS.
- Document implementation practices and patterns to make future deployments faster.
- Contribute custom agents, integration patterns, and production bug fixes back to the product.
- Work with technical and business stakeholders to support organizational adoption.
- Train customer teams and hand off systems they can operate and improve independently.
