Have experience working directly with customers on technical challenges, including through professional roles, internships, student organizations, or side projects.
Demonstrate a strong technical foundation for understanding customer environments and architecting integrations.
Be proficient in Python.
Understand software development, software architecture, APIs, and common integration patterns.
Be able to translate recurring customer needs into standardized, scalable solutions.
Show customer empathy and balance the needs of customers, sales teams, and product organizations.
Adapt technical messaging and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Be comfortable working autonomously in a high-velocity environment with rapid experimentation.
Be collaborative, proactive, solution-oriented, and willing to take ownership beyond narrowly defined responsibilities.
Be willing and able to travel regularly for customer onsite engagements.
Be able to work remotely from Romania.

Partner with Account Executives to strengthen the technical side of the enterprise sales process.
Work with technical stakeholders at prospective and existing customers to understand challenges and architect tailored solutions.
Design and deliver technical demonstrations showcasing product capabilities, use cases, and business value.
Develop technical enablement materials, resources, and best practices for the sales team.
Build self-service tools, documentation, and implementation resources for customer adoption and integration.
Identify recurring integration patterns, customer requirements, and technical challenges for standardization or productization.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to turn validated customer needs into scalable product capabilities.
Help establish internal processes for delivering technical solutions across enterprise customers.
Travel to customer sites as needed to support enterprise engagements.
