Have 3+ years of progressive pre-sales or solutions engineering experience.
Bring experience with complex solution architecture across multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
Lead technical discovery, architectural whiteboarding, and solution design with technical and business audiences, including C-suite stakeholders.
Be deeply familiar with modern data ecosystems, including cloud data warehouses, data modeling, data engineering, integrations, and APIs.
Build technical champions and influence buying committees across engineering, marketing, and executive levels.
Have experience in competitive enterprise sales motions.
Customer Data Platform, marketing automation, or data warehouse experience is a bonus.
Experience collaborating with data engineering, science, or analytics teams is a bonus.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Command the Message, or equivalent value-selling frameworks is a plus.

Lead technical discovery to understand customers’ data architecture, marketing workflows, and business objectives.
Translate customer needs into differentiated requirements and compelling solution designs.
Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and architectural solutions across Hightouch products.
Scope, design, execute, and validate proof-of-concept engagements end to end.
Build technical relationships with data engineers, architects, and marketing technologists.
Engage technical teams, marketing leaders, and C-suite executives in complex buying committees.
Partner with Account Executives to drive the technical sales motion and account strategy.
