Requirements
- Use AI coding tools daily in your development workflow.
- Bring strong product and design sense and turn vague requests into shippable features without detailed specifications.
- Be comfortable working with technical stakeholders, including engineers, in customer-facing settings.
- Be proficient in TypeScript and Python and able to build features across backend and user-facing layers.
- Have experience shipping a product or project to real users.
- Have experience in a startup or fast-moving team with end-to-end ownership.
- Demonstrate high ownership and clear written communication, including concise recaps and next steps.
- Be willing to travel 10 to 20 percent of the time.
- Bonus: Have a founder or entrepreneurial background, such as a startup or a side project with traction.
- Bonus: Have experience with large business clients or an appetite to develop it.
Responsibilities
- Work with technical customer teams to understand product gaps.
- Design and build solutions to address customer needs.
- Own features end-to-end across frontend and backend, from discovery and prototyping through release and iteration.
- Support proof-of-concept work and post-sales success for larger accounts as a proactive technical partner.
- Turn customer feedback into reusable platform capabilities after addressing immediate problems.
- Use AI coding assistants daily as part of development and shipping.
