Job Details

Have 3+ years of SQL experience.
Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in at least one BI platform: Looker, Power BI, or Tableau, and be able to deliver projects across all three.
Have proficiency with AI tools and the ability to integrate them into daily workflows.
Have experience working with multiple marketing data sources simultaneously, such as ad platforms, CRM, and web analytics.
Understand data modeling principles, including star schema and dimensional modeling.
Understand ELT/ETL concepts and how to debug data transformation logic.
Have hands-on experience with QA/UAT processes.
Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders and present work and insights confidently.
Meet the English C1 level requirement, with strong written and verbal communication.
Check work for quality, accuracy, and completeness before delivery.
Demonstrate analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work through ambiguity.

Support clients by understanding their requirements, translating them into data solutions, and delivering clear insights.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker, Power BI, and Tableau, depending on client setup.
Design and maintain data models that consolidate information from multiple marketing platforms and sources.
Map and document data flows across complex, multi-source schemas.
Identify opportunities, trends, or risks in marketing data and communicate findings.
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and investigations.
Manage and enhance data transformations with dbt.
Conduct QA/UAT to check data accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness.
Use Git for version control and collaboration.
