Requirements
- Demonstrate experience designing and building distributed systems and cloud-based services in production.
- Show technical leadership, including influencing architecture, setting technical standards, and enabling other engineers.
- Collaborate effectively across teams.
- Bring strong proficiency with AI workflows.
- Bring proficiency in Python/FastAPI, TypeScript/Node.js, or a similar modern backend language and framework.
- Have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs.
- Have experience integrating with third-party APIs or platforms.
- Have a solid understanding of security concepts and practices.
- Experience with React.js is a plus.
- Experience in a cybersecurity domain is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Work with Product, Design, and Engineering to turn high-level product goals into iterative plans and shape scope.
- Contribute to development in a full-stack capacity, with depth and expertise in backend engineering.
- Own the technical vision, architecture, and expansion of backend systems powering Coalition Control.
- Contribute to other Coalition Security Products.
- Raise standards for code, code reviews, testing, and reliability, leveraging AI-assisted workflows to build faster and reduce toil.
- Guide engineers through architectural trade-offs and provide thoughtful, timely code reviews.
- Share knowledge with other engineers.
