Have 2+ years of international relocation experience.
Have a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in relocation, mobility, or a client-focused service environment.
Be able to provide 24/7 support.
Demonstrate advanced project management and the ability to independently own work with minimal oversight.
Show strong executive communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Demonstrate strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving ability.
Be able to lead and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.
Maintain accuracy, process discipline, and data integrity.
Demonstrate strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Show cultural awareness, discretion, and emotional intelligence.

Serve as the primary point of accountability and strategic advisor for executive relocations.
Manage the full relocation lifecycle independently, with minimal oversight.
Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
Lead cross-functional teams and suppliers, and proactively resolve issues.
Build trusted relationships with executive clients and provide 24/7 accessibility and guidance.
Lead needs assessments and help clients navigate relocation policies.
Monitor supplier performance and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
Identify value-added opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement and strategic projects.
Maintain data accuracy and system integrity, track policy updates, and provide timely reporting inputs.
Manage multiple high-priority relocations.
