Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, GIS, or a related field.
- Have experience in management analysis, business analysis, program analysis, or a related role.
- Have experience working with spreadsheets, databases, and business information.
- Demonstrate analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to prepare clear reports and business documentation.
- Be able to meet applicable client access requirements.
- Experience supporting real property, facilities, GIS, or asset management programs is preferred.
- Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS or other GIS applications is preferred.
- Experience with process improvement or data quality activities is preferred.
- Experience preparing management reports, metrics, or presentations is preferred.
- Experience working with government or large enterprise customers is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review business processes, procedures, and workflows.
- Collect, organize, validate, and analyze business and program information.
- Assist with data quality reviews and reconciliation activities.
- Develop and update procedures, reports, process documentation, and briefing materials.
- Analyze information from spreadsheets, databases, and other business systems.
- Track project actions, milestones, issues, and deliverables.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, charts, and management summaries.
- Work with analysts, GIS staff, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
