Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, GIS, Management, or a related field.
- Have experience in management analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or process improvement.
- Have experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and structured business information.
- Demonstrate analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to prepare clear written reports, procedures, and presentations.
- Be able to meet applicable client access requirements.
- Preferred: Experience supporting real property, facilities, GIS, or asset management programs.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS or other GIS applications.
- Preferred: Experience working with government or large enterprise organizations.
- Preferred: Knowledge of data quality, metadata, or data management standards.
- Preferred: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Review business processes, procedures, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze real property and related business information from multiple data sources.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures, process documentation, reports, and user guidance.
- Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and quality reviews.
- Review data structures and information models to improve organization and accessibility.
- Prepare reports, presentations, metrics, and recommendations for management.
- Coordinate with analysts, GIS professionals, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
