Have 5+ years of professional software development experience building complex software systems successfully delivered to customers.
Have English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
Be comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment with rapid iteration cycles.
Have a track record of managing feature requests with realistic timelines.
Have experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies and working within Agile teams.
Be comfortable writing supporting documentation.
Have experience with two or more of FastAPI, Django, and Flask.
Have experience with Vue.js or React.
Have experience with GraphQL or REST APIs.
Have experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Have working knowledge of the GCP stack.
Have deployment experience with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Travis CI.

Drive new feature delivery end-to-end through implementation, launch, and continuous iteration.
Help manage deployments and set up CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate in an agile environment to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable development code using best practices.
Write testable code with modern tools.
Participate in code reviews that uphold clean code and architecture.
Contribute evidence- and experience-based input in engineering design sessions.
Balance speed and quality, focusing on tangible results.
