Responsibilities
- Guide customers through their journey with Building Swell products.
- Maintain customer relationships through regular check-ins, training sessions, and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to relay customer needs and contribute to product improvement.
- Use analytics and customer interaction data to inform customer success and retention strategies.
