Requirements
- Have approximately 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software systems.
- Have backend experience with Python/FastAPI, Node.js/TypeScript, C#/.NET, or Java/Spring.
- Have frontend experience with React.js; Python/FastAPI experience is prioritized for this opening.
- Have experience building human-centered user experiences.
- Have experience working cross-functionally with managers, designers, and engineers.
- Be able to create self-documenting, modular, testable, and performant code.
- Have a deep understanding of the engineering stack, from databases and servers to the UI.
- Bonus: Have previous logistics industry experience and a genuine interest in the field.
- Bonus: Have experience with React Native, GraphQL, DevOps, or CI/CD.
- Bonus: Have knowledge of machine learning or LLMs.
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack infrastructure and feature sets for a transportation management system.
- Ship clean, efficient code and fix bugs.
- Work with product, design, engineering, and architecture to plan and develop tasks.
- Take ownership of delivery and execution.
- Contribute to the delivery of products and features on small teams.
- Provide leadership and constructive feedback to teammates.
- Build software with current and future developers and consumers in mind.
