Job Details

Bring 10+ years of experience in software engineering and/or DevOps.
Have hands-on experience designing and building production-grade LLM or agentic AI solutions.
Have strong Java/J2EE and Spring Boot development experience.
Have experience with React and TypeScript.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of agentic AI and multi-agent AI systems.
Bring practical expertise with LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Have experience with LangGraph and LangChain.
Have experience working with Claude and Claude Code.
Be familiar with GitHub Copilot (GHCP) and AI-assisted software development.
Have strong Azure experience and an understanding of cloud-based AI architectures.
Bring solid CI/CD and DevOps experience.
Healthcare and/or claims adjudication experience is preferred.

Lead the architecture, design, and development of production-grade autonomous and multi-agent AI systems.
Provide technical leadership across enterprise AI architecture, engineering practices, and solution delivery.
Design and implement AI agents for requirements analysis, coding, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows.
Develop and integrate LLM- and RAG-based solutions using agentic AI frameworks and technologies.
Apply LangGraph, LangChain, Claude, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot to AI-powered engineering workflows.
Collaborate across software engineering, DevOps, and cloud environments to deliver scalable, reliable, production-ready AI solutions.
Contribute to architecture decisions spanning backend services, frontend applications, cloud infrastructure, and automated delivery pipelines.
Drive best practices for AI engineering, multi-agent orchestration, development automation, and continuous improvement.
