Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Software Project Management, Technical Project Management, or a related role.
- Have proven experience managing software development projects from planning through release.
- Bring strong experience in software project delivery and project planning.
- Have hands-on experience coordinating developers and QA teams.
- Have experience maintaining delivery plans with tasks, owners, deadlines, and milestones.
- Be able to track project progress, delays, dependencies, and blockers.
- Have experience managing software releases and release timelines.
- Be able to work with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage changes.
- Have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Have experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
- Take ownership of project delivery and drive teams toward agreed deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage software development projects from planning through release.
- Develop and maintain project plans with clear tasks, owners, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Track project progress, identify delays, and follow up to keep work on schedule.
- Identify, manage, and resolve project blockers and dependencies.
- Drive release planning and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Clarify project requirements and coordinate changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project risks and issues and take appropriate action.
- Communicate between technical and business teams.
- Provide regular project status updates and highlight potential delivery risks.
