Compensation may include base salary and variable pay, depending on role structure and eligibility.

Requirements
- Have 5+ years of IT systems engineering experience in a distributed or enterprise IT environment.
- Have hands-on experience administering enterprise platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, GitHub, and Slack.
- Have experience managing infrastructure as code with Terraform or GitOps methodologies.
- Understand identity and access management systems, services, and protocols, including SAML, SCIM, LDAP, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
- Have experience building workflow automations with tools such as Okta Workflows, Jira Automations, or Slack Workflows.
- Have practical experience enabling AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for colleagues and incorporating AI into workflows.
- Have Python and/or shell scripting experience; Python is preferred.
- Understand security and compliance methodologies and have experience supporting security incident response processes and tools.
- Be able to independently investigate complex systems issues using troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Be able to collaborate with engineers, IT teams, program managers, leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Be organized and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining reliability and security standards.
- Show interest in mentoring others, improving processes, and delivering internal services.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, Claude, GitHub, and other enterprise SaaS applications.
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between SaaS platforms and internal systems, including SSO and identity-based integrations.
- Resolve complex technical issues escalated by IT Support and document solutions and operational procedures.
- Triage IT Infrastructure requests and translate business requirements into system configurations, integrations, and automation.
- Improve operational efficiency through systems design, workflow automation, and AI-enabled tools.
- Manage infrastructure as code and contribute to scalable, repeatable infrastructure practices.
- Oversee data, security, and governance processes, including least-privilege access, patching, multifactor authentication, and VPN controls.
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot advanced technical problems before they affect business operations.
- Participate in on-call rotations and support incident and change management.
- Contribute to and lead technology projects, and enable adoption of AI tools and automation across internal workflows.
