Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of experience administering and building GTM or business systems.
- Have strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce flows, data models, permissions, and deployments.
- Have practical experience with at least two additional GTM technology categories, such as sales engagement, customer success platforms, CPQ, enrichment, or marketing automation.
- Have owned implementations, integrations, or process automation projects from initial design through production delivery.
- Have integration experience using iPaaS platforms and/or APIs, including understanding authentication, rate limits, synchronization direction, and common failure modes.
- Have hands-on experience or demonstrated interest in applying AI to systems work, including agents, LLM-powered automation, or MCP-style integrations.
- Bring data fluency, including SQL and data warehouse concepts, and the ability to trace data quality issues across systems.
- Use disciplined root-cause analysis to address underlying problems rather than temporary fixes.
- Have stakeholder management and communication skills to scope ambiguous requests, communicate progress and tradeoffs, and challenge approaches constructively.
- Be familiar with programming languages such as Apex, Python, or JavaScript, with proficiency to read, understand, and review code.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own GTM technology projects from requirements and solution design through development, testing, rollout, and enablement.
- Resolve tier 2 escalations involving workflow errors, integration failures, data model issues, and cross-system problems through root-cause analysis.
- Build and maintain integrations and data flows using iPaaS platforms and APIs across the warehouse, Salesforce, and downstream systems.
- Develop AI-powered workflows, including AI agents, LLM-based automation, enrichment, triage, next-step capture, and MCP-style integrations.
- Perform advanced Salesforce configuration and administration, including flows, data model changes, permission architecture, sandbox management, and releases.
- Partner with technical program and engineering stakeholders on requirements, architecture, solution design, tradeoffs, and downstream impacts.
- Coordinate with vendors on implementations, support cases, proofs of concept, and hands-on technology evaluations.
- Document technical solutions, establish reusable engineering and troubleshooting patterns, and mentor other engineers.
