Job Details

Have 4+ years of professional experience in software QA.
Bring strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Have experience with test design techniques and practical implementation.
Know web technologies, including HTML, CSS, client-server architecture, and APIs.
Have experience testing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Understand accessibility standards such as WCAG and have experience with tools such as Axe, Lighthouse, or screen readers.
Have experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
Have solid experience with bug tracking systems such as JIRA.
Hold a BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or have equivalent professional experience.
Have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to shape quality from the ground up.
Analyze business requirements with product managers and translate them into test strategies.
Create, execute, and maintain test documentation and test plans.
Perform exploratory, functional, acceptance, regression, and UI testing of web applications, manually and through automation.
Test REST and GraphQL APIs and backend services for robustness and correctness.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track quality issues and defects.
Lead root cause analysis with developers to accelerate defect resolution.
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices across the team.
Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and test web applications against WCAG/ADA accessibility standards.
Contribute to performance and security testing efforts where applicable.
