Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in software development, including hands-on front-end application development.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and extensive experience developing interfaces with React, particularly Hooks and Context API.
- Understand componentization, reusable component design, front-end architecture, and maintainable application structures.
- Have experience consuming and integrating REST APIs and implementing state management solutions such as Context, Redux, or Zustand.
- Have practical knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Code, Git-based version control, testing practices, debugging, and front-end quality standards.
- Have experience implementing error handling and loading states in user interfaces.
- Have knowledge of databases and georeferenced data.
- Be able to read, understand, maintain, and evolve legacy code.
- Be familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Have strong estimation and planning skills, including estimating medium-complexity tasks.
- A degree, technology degree, or technical qualification in a relevant field is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern, robust, and responsive user interfaces with a focus on performance, scalability, usability, and maintainability.
- Translate requirements, wireframes, and prototypes into high-quality interfaces in collaboration with design and back-end teams.
- Build reusable, well-structured components using front-end architecture principles, SOLID concepts, and Clean Code practices.
- Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and implement state management, error handling, and loading states.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and overall performance.
- Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing evolution.
- Participate in code reviews and provide and incorporate constructive feedback.
- Analyze and evolve legacy code, identifying opportunities to refactor and improve maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business rules into practical technical solutions.
- Support improvements to development processes, engineering practices, and technical standards.
