- Be able to troubleshoot MHE messaging issues methodically and trace problems to their source.
- Have client-facing experience running go-lives, leading issue/bridge calls, and communicating with stakeholders under pressure.
- Be comfortable with 50–75% travel, including occasional weekend work during go-live windows.
- Be able to work effectively with local onshore teams and international offshore robotics vendor teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support WMS-to-robotics integration projects, including goods-to-person, conveyor/sortation, ASRS, and put-to-light/pick-to-light systems.
- Analyze business, functional, and integration requirements to design WMS/WCS solutions.
- Configure core WMS modules, including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns, Picking, and Shipping, as needed for automation integration.
- Trace MHE messaging issues to their source, assess severity and impact, and resolve root causes.
- Support technical determinations for endpoints, ports, and message formats.
- Write, review, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for inventory adjustments, order-header updates, and wave/allocation logic.
- Partner with clients and stakeholders during SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live phases, including onsite troubleshooting.
- Lead or participate in incident bridge calls and present root-cause analysis to client stakeholders.
- Communicate scope and schedule risks and help clients identify MVP scope.
- Maintain design documents, technical specifications, test plans, runbooks, and configuration records, and mentor less experienced staff as needed.
