Requirements
- Have 6+ years of experience in data analysis or a related analytical field.
- Bring expert-level SQL skills, including advanced querying, data transformation, and query optimization.
- Have extensive experience with data visualization and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Understand cloud analytics technologies and platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
- Apply statistical techniques to identify trends, generate insights, and support business decisions.
- Have experience leading teams or mentoring junior analysts and providing technical guidance and constructive feedback.
- Work effectively in ambiguous or complex environments and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Present analytical findings to senior stakeholders and develop executive-level reports and recommendations.
- Have hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Python or R proficiency for data analysis is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex data to generate insights and support strategic business decisions.
- Mentor and coach junior data analysts and provide technical guidance.
- Partner with stakeholders to define data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Design, implement, and optimize data models and analytical architecture.
- Develop advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and performance optimization.
- Lead the creation and optimization of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Promote data governance, data quality, security, and analytical reliability.
- Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to improve data pipelines and analytical capabilities.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders.
- Lead Agile data analysis initiatives and help manage priorities and backlogs.
