Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience with time tracking, payroll, or workforce management applications.
- Have 5+ years of experience in a support, implementation, or consulting environment.
- Be extremely customer service oriented.
- Be willing and able to work independently.
- Be proficient with IT business interaction tools.
- Experience with Workday, Dayforce, UKG Pro, UKG Ready, isolved, SAP SuccessFactors, or Employment Hero is strongly preferred.
- Experience with iOS configuration and MDMs is a plus.
- Knowledge of API technologies such as REST, Web Hooks, XML, or JSON is a plus.
- Knowledge of CCPA and privacy law is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert on the company's technology platform.
- Demonstrate the technology platform to customers and partners.
- Provide product training to customers and partners.
- Lead discovery calls and project meetings for direct customers, provide advice, and configure the platform to meet customer requirements.
- Advise partners on how to configure the platform to meet customer requirements.
- Help customers and partners resolve technical issues in live deployments.
