Requirements
- Have at least one year of experience as a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
- Hold an active medical license in good standing.
- Be comfortable prescribing medication when clinically appropriate and permitted by state law.
- Be skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver virtual care.
- Previous telemedicine experience is a plus.
- Multiple state licenses and fluency in additional languages are strong advantages.
- Medical License is preferred; PMHNP is listed under License/Certification.
Responsibilities
- Conduct video consultations and message with patients via telemedicine.
- Assess and screen patients, make diagnoses, and prescribe medication as clinically appropriate.
- Coordinate treatment planning and care delivery with UpLift’s network of therapists.
- Provide empathetic, high-quality care and uphold UpLift’s clinical and service standards.
- Share product and workflow feedback with UpLift’s engineering and operations teams to help improve care delivery.
