- 2+ years of experience working in adult mental health
Requirements
- Hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
- Have an active Illinois Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license.
- Hold ANCC board certification.
- Have an active Illinois DEA.
- Have 2+ years of experience working in adult mental health.
- Have strong assessment skills.
- Be comfortable providing various modalities of talk therapy.
- Have a computer and a quiet, professional space for telepsychiatry appointments.
- Commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial evaluations with clients.
- Collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication, therapy, or a combination of both.
- Follow up with clients at least monthly to assess the efficacy of recommended interventions.
- Provide ongoing care until treatment goals are achieved.
- Provide various modalities of talk therapy.
