Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience coordinating facilities maintenance technicians.
- Have a background supporting commercial building hardware, such as overhead doors, loading dock equipment, plumbing, compactors/balers, or similar.
- Have experience managing the full work order lifecycle from intake through closeout.
- Have experience coordinating work orders, including ETA and NTE management.
- Have experience working across multiple systems using dual monitors or more.
- Live in the MT or PT time zone.
- Be able to work Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM PT.
Responsibilities
- Manage work orders from initial intake through final closeout.
- Receive, triage, and prioritize incoming service requests.
- Dispatch technicians and coordinate service providers.
- Troubleshoot service issues and resolve them remotely when possible.
- Monitor ETA, NTE, and job progress.
- Schedule preventative maintenance and timed work requests.
- Update internal systems and client portals.
- Collect job documentation, photos, and customer sign-offs.
- Prepare quotes and proposals as needed.
- Deliver customer service throughout the repair process.
