Requirements
- Communicate clearly across phone, email, and chat.
- Be available to work full time, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated remote workspace.
- Stay focused and flexible in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Be proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Be familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Be confident using smartphones, tablets, and computers to guide members through online platforms, document attachments, and occasional troubleshooting.
- Previous call center or customer support experience is an asset.
- Prior remote-work experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide support across phone, email, and live chat using AI-powered tools.
- Use real-time data to tailor conversations and support members.
- Guide members through Mogo’s digital financial products.
- Share customer feedback to inform product improvements and service updates.
- Use Mogo products, including intelligent investing and Moka, and provide feedback.
