Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managed care quality and/or provider quality.
- Have experience leading or supporting performance improvement projects (PIPs) and/or NCQA accreditation.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be able to analyze and interpret data.
- Be able to communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in managed care quality.
Responsibilities
- Support accreditation for health plans, health outcomes, and long-term supports and services.
- Support quality contract requirements, including performance improvement projects, analysis of quality improvement activities, and quality program evaluation.
- Assist in developing and implementing Quality Management projects and activities.
- Convert data analysis results into business information and communicate conclusions about department performance.
- Support quality committee execution and reporting.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to achieve operational targets.
- Prepare Quality Management documents that interpret and apply business requirements.
