Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years of experience as a healthcare professional.
- 3+ years of experience in a clinical applications organization.
- Expertise using remote training and educational tools, with virtual aptitude.
- Working knowledge of healthcare market trends.
- Excellent communication and moderating skills, including the ability to engage employees and customers at all levels.
- Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Enable Clinical Applications Specialist adoption of virtual training through training, coaching, and demonstration.
- Collaborate with modality partners, stakeholders, and peers to develop virtual education tools, content, and programs aligned with business and customer needs.
- Partner with the Clinical Education Manager to identify operational priorities, including NPI content creation and Clinical Applications Specialist coaching and development.
- Create and deploy educational content using Articulate Rise and PowerPoint.
- Maintain documentation and content repositories.
- Support and improve existing virtual education initiatives and programs using customer feedback.
- Showcase virtual education solutions to internal and external audiences.
- Build product knowledge and understand customer needs through onsite and virtual engagement.
- Deliver virtual customer training when necessary.
- Partner with global product and engineering teams and represent GE at conferences, symposiums, and webinars.
