SalaryThe base pay estimate for this role is $89,000 - $151,300 annually. This range is for base pay only and does not include bonuses or other compensation. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, finance, operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, process improvement, automation, project management, or related functions.
- 3-5 years of experience leading automation projects, process improvement initiatives, or cross-functional implementations.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle functions, workflows, payer processes, and regulatory considerations.
- Experience implementing automation technologies and process improvement initiatives in complex healthcare environments.
- Ability to support cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with operational, technical, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- A master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related field) is preferred.
- Experience with Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, Meditech, or similar healthcare platforms is preferred.
- Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar RPA platforms is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related certifications are preferred.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled workflow automation or process transformation is preferred.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and CMS regulations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate automation and process improvement opportunities across revenue cycle operations.
- Manage automation project plans, timelines, deliverables, milestones, risks, and implementation activities.
- Analyze end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, rework, and operational risks.
- Standardize workflows and partner with operational leaders to redesign processes.
- Manage implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization of automation technologies.
- Collaborate with IT, data, analytics, vendors, and operational stakeholders on solution design and support.
- Ensure automation solutions align with compliance, security, audit, and regulatory standards.
- Support change management, training, and user adoption for automation implementations.
- Communicate project progress, risks, outcomes, and ROI to senior leaders and stakeholders.
