Job Details

Have a proven track record in remote phone sales or telemarketing; the requirements section specifies a minimum of 3 years.
Manage high call volumes and follow-ups in a virtual setting.
Demonstrate strong B2C sales, relationship-building, and phone-closing skills.
Use customer systems; Google Suite and Salesforce are preferred.
Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, including simplifying complex concepts.
Handle sensitive client financial matters with empathy and professionalism.
Work independently, stay self-disciplined, and meet performance goals.
Demonstrate effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a quiet home office workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection.
Be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time, with occasional overtime including evenings and some weekends.

Conduct discovery calls with inbound leads to understand clients’ tax issues, financial situations, and goals.
Review client-provided documents and system data, including transcripts, wage records, and prior tax returns.
Recommend customized tax resolution programs based on client information.
Manage the full sales process from consultation through enrollment.
Listen to clients’ concerns and explain solutions clearly.
Record client interactions and financial information in CRM systems.
Meet or exceed sales goals through persistence, organization, and continuous improvement.
