Requirements
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients.
- Listen actively and help patients feel at ease during vulnerable or emotional conversations.
- Stay organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple patients at different stages.
- Be comfortable navigating Google Workspace, EHR systems, and CRMs, and learn new tools quickly.
- Healthcare, customer service, or administrative support experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct introductory calls with existing patients interested in advocacy services.
- Guide patients through advocacy onboarding with warmth, clarity, and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with the advocacy team to support smooth transitions and follow-through.
- Manage patient communications, including follow-ups, missed calls, and reassignments.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records using Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, and HubSpot.
