Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of retail or related experience.
- Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
- Sound judgment and strong problem-solving ability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels, including executives and C-level leaders.
- Strong organization and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment while adapting to changing priorities.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software.
- Must reside within reasonable proximity to a major airport and be able to travel at least 50% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related discipline is an asset.
- Knowledge of the home improvement industry is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Monitor provider coverage and capacity in the assigned territory and identify coverage needs.
- Source and recruit providers with relevant home improvement expertise who meet compliance requirements and fit the overall strategy.
- Manage recruiting needs and transition approved providers to Compliance for onboarding and activation.
- Support Compliance Specialists in vetting providers through application and activation.
- Train, coach, influence, and hold contractors accountable to company processes and standards.
- Review business metrics and reports, develop action plans with the Manager, National Accounts as needed, and implement those plans.
- Conduct monthly business reviews with providers to discuss best practices and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate store visits with lead generators and store management to cultivate relationships.
- Identify and share best practices in lead generation, sales, installation, and service; refine processes for efficiency and automation.
- Communicate and execute new initiatives, programs, and policies in the field, and assist with resolving service issues.
