Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer programming, web development, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience.
- Have at least four years of experience in front-end web development and custom website development.
- Have demonstrated experience with Engaging Networks or another eCRM.
- Be proficient in HTML5, Sass and CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, GitHub, Engaging Networks modules, Webpack, Node, npm, core AWS services, and Mailgun.
- Have direct experience with AI coding assistants and agentic development tools, such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot.
- Know responsive, mobile-first web design, UX, accessibility, page speed optimization, browser support, and GDPR compliance practices.
- Have experience with interactive data visualizations and A/B testing platforms, and Google Analytics.
- Have experience coding from Adobe XD files or Figma.
- Be able to accommodate Eastern Time hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Brand and Visuals, and Information Systems teams to discuss project requirements and make technical recommendations.
- Write efficient code and maintain custom donation forms, advocacy forms, webpages, and email templates.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and agentic coding assistants for coding, refactoring, debugging, testing, and documentation, with human review before deployment.
- Maintain AI-assisted and agent-built solutions, monitor their performance, and update or retire them as needed.
- Follow quality assurance procedures and troubleshoot issues affecting forms, webpages, and email templates in Engaging Networks.
- Work with vendor partners and the Information Security team to meet security standards, including PCI compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with the testing team to gather requirements and implement features for A/B and multivariate testing on forms.
- Create and maintain documentation for custom web development, support guides, and incident reports.
