Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, client acquisition, or a similar role.
- Have at least 2 years of experience leading or managing a business development or sales team; this is highly preferred.
- Have experience developing and executing outbound business development strategies using email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Have experience selling B2B professional services, staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, BPO, HR solutions, SaaS, or similar service-based solutions; this is highly preferred.
- Understand sales pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM best practices.
- Have experience with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar.
- Be able to build and optimize sales processes to improve conversion rates.
- Have strong analytical and reporting skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Be available to work in US time zones.
- Be available to start within 2 weeks from the job offer.
- Be comfortable using time trackers such as Time Doctor and have a laptop or desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, webcam, reliable internet of at least 50 Mbps, and backup equipment for power or internet outages.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Lead, coach, and support the client acquisition team, setting sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations.
- Identify target industries, ideal client profiles, and outreach priorities.
- Design, build, and optimize outbound email, phone, and LinkedIn sales campaigns.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline through discovery calls, client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and recommend staffing and recruitment solutions.
- Monitor pipeline performance, forecast revenue, and analyze sales and campaign data.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure prospect and client interactions are documented.
- Build client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth, referrals, and additional services.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
