Requirements
- Have 1 to 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or another client-facing role.
- Bring strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple open requisitions at once.
- Be comfortable with a high-volume, structured recruiting process.
- Agency or in-house recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with an ATS such as Greenhouse or Lever is a plus.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Experience recruiting for a SaaS sales organization is a plus.
- Exposure to govtech, public sector, or B2G sales cycles is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, including SDRs, AEs, customer success representatives, and marketing coordinators, from intake through offer.
- Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, gather structured feedback, and keep the ATS pipeline up to date.
- Partner with GTM hiring managers to understand role requirements and calibrate on candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain warm pipelines for recurring roles, particularly SDR positions.
- Coordinate offer logistics and support the candidate experience throughout the process.
- Track and report on time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and source effectiveness.
