Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- MBA or master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in Market Access, Account Management, Sales Leadership, Commercial Operations, Strategic Planning, or a related commercial function.
- Track record leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
- Experience working effectively across matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority.
- Demonstrated project management, planning, and organizational effectiveness experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including interaction with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to simplify complex issues and translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other business productivity tools.
Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of annual account planning and strategic planning processes.
- Establish planning frameworks and tools for consistent account planning across Area Access, channel management, and trade.
- Coordinate planning milestones, follow-up actions, and deliverables across teams.
- Support account teams in preparing for key customer engagements and planning sessions.
- Coordinate customer-specific and cross-customer initiatives across Account Teams, Payer Strategy, Cross-Portfolio Strategy, and other Market Access functions.
- Support alignment of planning cycles, business reviews, and strategic initiatives across therapeutic areas.
- Develop and implement consistent planning processes and tools across teams.
- Coordinate follow-up planning and execution after Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid Summits.
- Track actions, decisions, and strategic commitments across therapeutic areas.
- Partner with training teams to translate Summit outputs and market access priorities into field education and planning resources.
