Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of experience in software development or engineering.
- Have a deep understanding of system design and architecture.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Python, Kotlin, or similar programming languages.
- Have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Have experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Have knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems.
- Have knowledge of web frameworks and RESTful API development.
- Have equivalent practical experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, prioritization, and execution of projects aligned with product, technical, and business goals.
- Design and develop large-scale, high-availability services.
- Build APIs and data models for micro-service and event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Design, Legal, and Accounting on card loan attribution and lifecycle strategy.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, optimize code, and improve system robustness and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers, lead technical discussions and design reviews, and champion best practices through code review.
