Requirements
- Have 2–3 years of experience in healthcare communications, patient engagement, public relations, or a related field.
- Bring strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, patients, and colleagues.
- Be willing to travel across the U.S. to support events.
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare agency experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting patient ambassador programs, speaker programs, or patient advocacy initiatives is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client accounts and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Identify, recruit, and engage patients for patient ambassador, speaker, and storytelling initiatives.
- Plan and deliver virtual and in-person patient engagement events, including agendas, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
- Develop presentations, event materials, and briefing documents.
- Build relationships with clients, patients, and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to strategic planning, new business opportunities, and continuous improvement across client accounts.
- Travel throughout the U.S. as required to support live events and client meetings.
