Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- SAFe experience, including certification and application across at least two or three projects.
- Thorough understanding of Agile principles and values and the Scrum framework.
- At least three years of experience managing IT deployment projects.
- At least seven years of related experience in a technical, engineering, or software development environment.
- Experience managing a team of engineers.
- Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage a product backlog, and identify and remove impediments.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Smartsheet.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical reasoning, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Scrum teams on self-organization, cross-functionality, and achieving team goals.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective ceremonies.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
- Coach development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
- Support Product Owners with product backlog management, user-story refinement, and work clarity.
- Promote Agile adoption and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Track and communicate team progress, velocity, and other relevant metrics to stakeholders.
- Contribute to scaling Agile practices across multiple teams.
- Communicate delivery status, issues, risks, decisions, and change requests with PMO peers and leadership.
- Lead project teams and oversee engineers and architects across infrastructure modernization, data engineering, and application development.
