Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of commercial experience designing and developing scalable backend services, distributed systems, or developer platforms.
- Have strong knowledge of at least one of Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript/Node.js.
- Have practical experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, and Token Exchange.
- Have experience building internal developer platforms, libraries, or tools for engineering teams.
- Know cloud-native architecture and have practical experience with CI/CD processes.
- Have experience integrating solutions involving AI, LLMs, or agent systems.
- Be able to make independent technical decisions and design large-scale solutions.
- Have English proficiency at minimum C1.
- Nice to have: experience in regulated industries such as fintech or insurance.
- Nice to have: experience with governance or workflow solutions.
- Nice to have: practical knowledge of Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code.
- Nice to have: knowledge of semantic search, vector databases, or modern data platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams and security specialists on platform architecture and its development direction.
- Build and develop reusable libraries, SDKs, and components for developer teams.
- Design and implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using modern standards.
- Analyze available technologies and decide whether to select or build platform solutions.
- Design and develop high-performance APIs.
- Integrate systems with external solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, implementation examples, and materials that help teams use the solutions.
