Have at least 6 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a related data domain.
Have strong experience designing and developing data layers, data warehouses, data marts, or analytical solutions.
Have experience integrating data from multiple source systems.
Have hands-on business analysis experience in complex technology projects.
Have experience working across multiple business and technology teams.
Have strong SQL and T-SQL skills and very good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
Have practical experience with ETL/ELT solutions.
Have good practical knowledge of Python for data processing and automation.
Have experience with data workflow orchestration tools, preferably Apache Airflow.
Have experience with Power BI and Git or similar version-control tools.
Understand data modelling, transformation, and integration patterns.
Have practical experience defining data quality and validation rules.
Have stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Communicate in English and Polish.

Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
Lead discussions with business stakeholders, data owners, architects, and technology teams.
Identify data sources and translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
Design data flows, solution concepts, and analytical and modelling data layers.
Create source-system mappings, transformation logic, and business rules.
Integrate data from internal and external sources and support ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, and data marts.
Define data quality controls and validation processes; investigate anomalies and recommend remediation.
Support functional, integration, and acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet audit and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate teams, workshops, dependencies, risks, decisions, and delivery activities.
Support code reviews and production deployment activities.
