Job Details

Have 5+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
Demonstrate advanced SQL knowledge, including complex queries, performance tuning, and stored procedures.
Have a strong understanding of Azure technologies such as Azure SQL Database and Azure Data Factory.
Have proven experience in ETL development, data integration, and pipeline orchestration.
Understand data modeling principles and data warehouse architectures.
Know data governance principles, data quality management, and data security best practices.
Be located in the CET timezone (+/- 3 hours); candidates in other time zones are not considered.
Have familiarity with Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, and Azure DevOps.
Have Power BI development experience, including Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service.
Have experience with Python or other scripting languages for data processing.
Be familiar with Git or other version control systems and CI/CD practices.
Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Azure Data Engineer, or SQL Server are listed as nice-to-have.

Design and develop end-to-end data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, SQL, and other Azure services.
Implement data models, DAX measures, and calculated columns to support reporting.
Manage and optimize ETL workflows for data quality, consistency, and performance.
Design and maintain data warehouses and dimensional models, including star and snowflake schemas.
Collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Integrate data from SQL databases, cloud storage, APIs, and flat files.
Ensure data governance, accuracy, and integrity across the BI ecosystem.
