Job Details

Have experience in business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, and integration projects within a consulting environment.
Gather requirements and translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
Have strong SQL skills and experience working with data.
Have experience designing data flows, mappings, and solution documentation.
Understand data modeling, data transformation, and data quality concepts.
Bring strong communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
Be able to work with complex and sometimes ambiguous business problems.
Have experience in manufacturing, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other industrial environments.
Be familiar with MES, SCADA, PI Historian, ERP, or similar operational systems.
Understand ISA-95, OPC UA, Unified Namespace (UNS), or industrial data architectures.
Have experience using Python or other analytical tools, and with cloud-based data platforms and modern data engineering practices.
Experience working in regulated environments is relevant.

Design manufacturing data products and data flows from MES, PI Historian, SCADA, and ERP into enterprise data platforms.
Lead discovery workshops with business and manufacturing stakeholders to define use cases, requirements, and data product specifications.
Design data models, transformations, ISA-95 contextualization, and source-to-target mappings.
Define schemas, data quality rules, technical standards, and architecture documentation.
Collaborate with site OT/IT teams to establish connectivity, validate source data, and ensure reliable data acquisition.
Support implementation teams and drive standardization across manufacturing sites.
